While order of any product following companies terms and conditions will be applied for better movement of production and deliveries which are as follows:
*product once ordered will not be changed in terms of color/product style/fabric etc. related to the product
*proper measurements are to be provided as directed in the measurement form ,anything comes up or down to the measurements provided alters are to liable at the customers level.
*50% advance payments will be required while placing any kind of orders and remaining 50% at the time of dispatch .dispatch of product will only be moved once full payment is received.
*no guarantee of color and fabric or embrodery (though we assure no such problems, yet guarantee is not provided strictly).
*product will not returned once ordered .cancellation of product levies percentage charge (50%) on refund of advance payments made.
*we assure best services with complete customer satisfaction.
*bespoke/custom made orders take about 25-30 days depending on type of order placed.
